Story order differs in two places. The Senior Year Adventures (The Chalice of the Gods and Wrath of the Triple Goddess) are set after The Heroes of Olympus and before The Trials of Apollo. The Nico di Angelo Adventures (The Sun and the Star and The Court of the Dead) are set after The Trials of Apollo. New readers can still read in publication order without missing anything important.

Where does The Wild Zone fit?

The Wild Zone, co-written by Rick Riordan and Annabelle Oh, is the first of four Camp Half-Blood books with a new group of heroes, dated 29 September 2026. The series is set in the autumn between The Lightning Thief and The Sea of Monsters, and Riordan says the books will come out every six months.
